Michael never admits that he is tired. He could be yawning his jaw off and he won't admit he's tired. I tell him it's time to get ready for bed rather than argue with him about being tired. "But I'm not tired!" He'll say emphatically. I respond with "I didn't say you were tired. I said you need to get ready for bed."

One evening he was laying with his head on his pillow and his feet on the floor. I told him to get his legs up onto the bed.

"But my legs aren't tired!" He yelled. To drive his point home, he added, "And my skin isn't tired either!"
